  Absolutely love this place. Their tag line is "Customers are our business" and they totally live it.
  
  It's a great grocery store with typical island pricing but the service is world class. A helpful smile in every isle.
  
  On our most recent visit, Donna (cashier) recognized my down syndrome child and had a reference to a down syndrome charity in her pocket, hoping to see him again. Now that's going the extra mile.
  
  They also have a great deli, coffee bar, bakery, wine selection, and fudge. Yes, fresh made fudge in a dozen different flavors.
  
  Did I mention I love this place? There are other grocery stores on Sanibel, but nothing compares to Bailey's.
