  Large stain living room carpet. Master bedroom carpet wore out. Sink in master bath is a disaster doesn’t drain, stopper doesn’t work and someone used epoxy to seal leaks instead of fixing it. No real view of Gulf. None of these are deal breaker but all off them together are a very poor image. The textured kitchen and bathroom looks like your trying to cover something up. Great location, great beaches nice landscaping. The whole place deserves a inside out renovation. The condo it’s self just doesn’t deliver value.

  Loggerhead Cay unit 362 is located in the building farthest away from the beach but still offers a stunning view of the beach and beautifully landscaped courtyard. The beach is a short walk through the courtyard. Being close to the grills was an advantage as we like to cook out. The information provided to us about the unit before we rented was complete and accurate. The unit was very comfortable for four adults and a miniature dachshund. We especially appreciated being able to bring the dog. The owners equipped this unit with comfortable furniture and bedding, cooking equipment and everything needed for beach, fishing, games, movies, and books. Everything was clean and in great condition. The grounds and pool are beautifully maintained. There’s a garbage chute on each floor near the elevator. Security is highly visible. Sanibel Holiday who manages this property was efficient and friendly.
